Charity fundraising solutions for every organisation
DONATE™ gives UK charities, schools, churches and community groups one platform with one login, one payout and managed Gift Aid throughout. There are two halves to it: the solutions you run, and the ways to donate that collect the money. Mix them as you like, add more as you grow, and pay no setup fees, so nothing is wasted if you experiment.
Solutions: what you run
Fundraising campaigns
Branded campaign pages with targets, recurring giving and multi-channel payments: the home for every appeal.
Team challenges
Sponsored teams for runs, rides and treks, with a fundraising page and code for every member, plus optional entry fees and tiered places.
Charity auctions
Silent, live and online auctions with real-time mobile bidding and automatic payment collection from winners.
Online raffles
Fully compliant charity raffles with ticketing, payments, the draw and winner notification handled for you, backed by our Gambling Commission licence. Perfect for PTAs and events.
Voting events
Your audience votes by donating, online or by text, with a live leaderboard on the big screen and a reveal at the end.
Ways to donate: how supporters give
Text to donate
Donations by text message from £1 to £40 with your own keyword. No app, no card details, and it works on any mobile phone.
QR codes
Every campaign, lot and team member has its own QR code. Print it on posters, programmes and packaging, or put it on a screen, and a scan opens your donation page.
Tap plaques
NFC plaques for walls, counters and pews. Supporters tap with their phone, your donation page opens, and there is nothing to power or charge.
Contactless terminals
Contactless donation boxes and handheld terminals for venues, events and public spaces. Supporters tap a card or wallet and give in seconds.
Point of sale
Tap to Pay donations on a volunteer's own phone, with no card reader to buy or carry. Coming soon.
Not sure where to start?
Most organisations begin with the fundraising closest to what they already do: appeals-led charities start with a campaign page, event fundraisers choose raffles or auctions, sponsored events run as team challenges, and live audiences vote at voting events.
Then add the ways your supporters actually pay: text giving for offline audiences, QR codes on everything you print or display, online donation pages everywhere, and for people standing in front of you, tap plaques or a contactless terminal.
